2012年8月29号，成功签约美国华新顿现代钢结构制造有限公司信息化平台项目。
华新顿现代钢结构制造有限公司成立于2010年11月，公司注册资本1亿人民币，是由湖北现代城建投资集团与美国华新顿工业公司联合成立的中美合资公司，主要从事住宅轻钢结构制造、加工、销售及安装等。公司在“8+1”城市圈之湖北仙桃市的现代·中加科技城内，设立占地超过150亩的WIBS轻钢结构制造工厂，总投资额达3亿人民币，全部建成后年产值将达30亿人民币。
Worthington Modern Steel Framing Manufacturing Co., Ltd was incorparated in Nov 2011 with its register capital up to 100 millon RMB. Established by HMUCG and Worthington Industries, joint venture mainly engaged in manufacturing, machining, sales and installation of residential LGS product. The plant located in Modern Sina-Canada science & technology city in Xiantao which is one of the 8 satellite cities around Wuhan, capital of Hubei province. The plant area is about 150 acres for WIBS LGS manufacture. Total investment for the plant is 300 million RMB and with its completion, total annul sales can reach up to 3 billion RMB.
